All our relevant processes are registered under the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 (as amended) Schedule 1 and the Water Industry Act 1991.

Our waste streams are fully traceable and are controlled using registered organisations certified by the Environment Agency under the Control of Pollution (amendment) Act 1989.
